A Milestone Celebration: Reflections on Being a Guest Speaker at the Toronto Black Film Festival Anniversary Celebration

I was honoured to be a featured guest speaker on the panel titled “Representation- Does It Make A Difference?” at the Toronto Black Film Festival (TBFF).

It was an honour to be able to provide her insight on the relevance of representation in the entertainment industry, along with some amazing trailblazers. From Emmy-nominated actor Jadiel Dowlin Lewis, to award-winning talent agents Jennifer Irons and Sohrab Merchant, and critically acclaimed producer Andrew Burrows-Trotman, the insights shared were invaluable and I’m excited for future opportunities to continue this important conversation.
